Via Mocenigo Rome. We are located very close to the main entrance of the Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Square.
» What time is check in and out?
Check out is before 11:00. If you wish to leave your luggage with us that won’t be a problem. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time??? Please note that Check-in should be made between 14:00 and 17:00, if you are arriving after this time you should tell us on the booking form so that we can arrange to have someone meet you at the property to give you the keys.
» Is the price per person or per room?
The price is for the whole stay and is not per person. The price shown on the online booking system is the price for the total stay.
» Is breakfast included?
A Mediterranean style Italian Breakfast is included in the rate and is served in your room between the hours of 08:00 and 10:00
» Which languages are spoken at the hotel’s reception?
Hotel staff are multilingual speaking English, French, Spanish, a little German and of course Italian.

There are five suites each named Giotto, Michelangelo, Raffaello, Caravaggio and Canova.

All of the suites are approximately 16 square metres in size or 172 square feet.

All of the suites contain large bathrooms with powerful shower containing hydro massage jets – there are no bathtubs.

Yes, an LCD TV is found in every room with international satellite channels as standard.

Yes, suites include a direct line telephone service.
» Are the suites air conditioned?
Yes. All rooms are air conditioned.

Yes, each suite has its own secure safety deposit box which is large enough for you to put your own laptop.

Yes, the property contains CCTV cameras at the entrance and comunal public areas. These cameras are for your safety and protection..

No, there isn’t. However, nearby there are numerous restaurants to choose from.

Yes, there are garages near to the Mocenigo Vatican Suites. A small daily supplement will apply for this service.

» What kind of keys do you use?
Access to the suites is granted by electronic card keys. The same key is used to open the property's main entrance
» Can you arrange excursions and tours of Rome?
We would be happy to arrange city tours of the Vatican City, Colosseum, Roman Forum and all of the most popular sights. We can also help book tickets for special events, concerts, theatre, opera and English speaking cinema seats.
» Are internet facilities provided?
Yes, there is free wi-fi access throughout the property.
» Are pets welcome?
No, we regret we do not allow animals of any description.
» Is the hotel close to a metro stop?
Ottaviano -San Pietro on Rome’s Line A is only a 10 minutes walk away.
» Do you operate a Shuttle Service to and from the airport?
Yes we can organise airport pickups on request.
» How far are you from the airport?
Rome city centre is about 30 km from Fiumicino Airport and 15 km from Ciampino Airport.
» How much does a taxi cost?
At the moment in 2009 Taxis cost a fixed price of 40 Euro and 30 Euro from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport respectively. this is for a maximum of 3 people with 1 suitcase each.
